Private Householders

We speak daily to customers with varying knowledge of their drainage systems and problem. Whatever your question or query do not be embarrassed to call we will help in whatever way we can.

Please note that recent changes in the law have altered the responsibility of the drains on some properties, if you are not sure please telephone us and we will try to guide you in the right direction whether it be the Water Authority, your council or the property owner.

We are members of Derbyshire County Councils Trusted Trader Scheme and can be found on their website, please take time to look at feedback from our other customers and learn more of what the expectations of a Trusted Trader are.

Schools/Public Buildings/University Drains

We have undertaken various works on many schools and public buildings throughout Derbyshire for the last several years, from a simple blockage to more serious repairs and renewal works. We are mindful that under these circumstances that clients require us to be flexible, clearing a gully in a car park or excavating in a playground cannot always be accomplished when these areas are in use we will liaise closely with our clients to ensure minimum disruption. Our engineers are CRB checked.

Business/Commercial Building Drainage & Sewer Systems

We work for all types of businesses including, builders, shops, plumbers, estate agents, care homes and hotels to name a few, the works we undertake is very varied. If you require works to be done and are not sure whether this is something which we could undertake a quick telephone call and we can let you know. We have CSCS cards, NRSWA certificates and the qualifications and experience to undertake sewer connections and excavation in the highway. We are able to provide Certificates for Insurance and Training, Method Statements and Risk Assessments should they be required.

Industrial Drains

We undertake works for large industry and have equipment that enables us to clear drains without using water, this can be very effective where water would cause a risk to people or machinery. We are CHAS accredited and are happy to provide training records and health and safety documentation.
